The Student Programming Council is your top entertainment provider on campus! We are a subset of the Office of Student Activities that consists of a 11 member executive board, a dedicated staff advisor and over 50 general members. We are here to ensure that student desires are adequately reflected in educational and entertaining events that we bring to campus. Vision Statement
The Student Programming Council (SPC) encompasses students who are passionate about nurturing the common good and education of the greater Marist student body. We meet this objective through the planning and execution of over 75% of late-night programming on campus across various mediums– comedians, coffeehouses, socials, and insightful lecture engagements.
Mission Statement
Our mission lies solely in hearing the voice of Marist students and applying popular opinion to create memorable and fulfilling programming for those who seek wholesome nightlife options on campus. In our selection of programming, we seek performers in line with our values of creating a wholly-inclusive arena in which students may express themselves and be thoroughly entertained.
